I've never been to a dealership that was as welcoming, helpful, clear and open as yours. The drive from Asheville to Marion was well worth every mile when my wife and I came up yesterday to buy our 2007 Chevrolet Colorado. As an attorney since 1981, I've learned to live by the internet, and I thoroughly researched Fords, Nissans, Toyotas and Chevrolet trucks. I sent out a number of inquiries on different vehicles and test drove some. No one was as responsive and helpful as Erin Adams. Suffice it to say we started emailing yesterday afternoon around 2:00 p.m. and I was driving home in my new truck by 8:00 p.m. last night. Erin listens, understands, and makes things happen. My wife and I found her a delight to work with, and we are grateful for her help. There are many dealers who are connected to the internet, but don't take it seriously. That is a mistake. Having a dedicated professional like Erin available makes all the difference in the world. If it was unusual to find one person like that at a dealership, it was extraordinary to find an entire staff of them. I can't tell you how helpful Todd Wine was to us. My wife's a PhD. in nuclear physics and she says it's the first time she's understood someone talking about automobile financing. I couldn't agree more. At breakfast this morning I referred the first person to your dealership. There will be more. I told Erin the reason I didn't buy a Chevrolet closer to home was a bad experience at a dealership.
