Cynthia, Josh, Jeremy, and Allen are Absolutely the best to work with. I am absolutely in luv with my new truck! I looked at vehicles at 2 other dealerships without sharing that with Jim Cook and Jim Cook was by far the best in knowledge of their products, Service was Exceptional, Communication was open and most of all Honest which I appreciated beyond measure. The check engine light in my 2015 Trax came on, and I made an appointment with the Service Department at Jim Cook's to have it looked at. They determined that it was a problem with the turbo charger. It was under warranty, so they wanted to keep the vehicle and do a test drive to verify the problem. During the testing, the problem seemed to clear itself and the warning light turned off. The car was returned to me with the advice to drive it as usual and bring it back if this happened again. There was no charge for all the diagnostic work.

Service was excellent as usual. Garage crew put on my spare tire quickly so I could get back to work. The replacement tire had to be ordered and arrived way sooner than I expected and was on the very next day.
