Booking an appointment online was so easy and quick. They were ready for me when I arrived and started immediately. It was a routine oil change, but I was advised of other routine maintenance that was due and I could choose to have done at this time or leave for later. The work I requested was completed in a very timely manner and I was made aware of all their findings. Everyone was very friendly!

My brand new GMC Yukon Denali with 10,500 miles on it starting running very roughly on 4/4/23 with the check engine light coming on. It indicated a host of issues. I called Jim Cook's from my vehicle and spoke with Cynthia. She was EXTREMELY HELPFUL and sent a courtesy vehicle to me. I picked up my Denali on 4/11/23 and have had no issues the past 3 days. I thank Cynthia and everyone involved with getting the issue fixed.
