All and all it was great very friendly service but I didn't get my truck serviced I had bought running boards and had them put on bit they look great and were put on very fast

There was some noncommation on the mechanics end about a possible transmission leak. If not for Cynthia Grindstaff’s attention to detail I would have known nothing about the problem. She is a remarkable employee and Jim Cooks should be happy to have her on their staff.

Awesome experience. Chris went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible and presented it with no pressure. I will absolutely return to Jim Cook for my next truck and hope to deal with Chris and Jeremy again.

I received immediate attention to my problem, and even though I was a walk-in, my issue was solved in less than 45 minutes. Everyone was courteous and respected by time.

Everything went great, but we didn't get any idea when the heated steering wheel and front parking sensors will be here, but liked the service .
