I had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and inspection. They were ready and waiting for my car. The service staff are always very friendly and welcoming and keep you advised as to the progress of your service. They thoroughly checked everything and discovered that a rodent had chewed away part of an air filter, brought it to my attention, and installed a new one at my request, cleaning out the debris left by the rodent visitor. I'm always happy with my dealings with the service staff at Jim Cook!

Well I bought the car new there with 3k miles on it. First year of service including oil change and tire rotation was suppose to be included. When I went I was surprised with a $96 bill. I brought up that I thought it was included when I bought the car. Was ignored and told to pay the bill. This isn’t the first time this has happened to me over the course of the multiple cars I’ve bought from here.
