Confirmed Service Customer
Friendly and informative staff. I was there to get tires, and they kept me informed on progress. Looked at a new vehicle with a salesperson while waiting. Took 20 minutes with us and showed us everything about the vehicle. 4/5 stars only because there was a bit of a delay in mounting the tires. All in all, a very good experience, and I would return when service needed (out of town customer but frequently in the area).

Ms Grindstaff in the service department is the best. She treats me like her only customer. My family has 3 vehicles I take there for service. I’ve been going there since 2018. No one beats Jim Cooks customer service. Thank you for being so good to me

I contacted five dealerships in the last month and ian gave better service than all of the others combined. Allan worked hard to get me a great finance deal. They gave me hotel and dinner recommendations, and we covered tourist things to do in the area. My wife and i buy new vehicles every year and we never get the quality of service we received this week. I could not be happier.

My husband brought the car in for an oil change. I wanted to use my rewards to pay for some of it and i couldn't find my member number. They would not look it up! Too busy?!! This aggitated me very much!!

The staff was very friendly and concerned about my problem (bad battery) and I was attended to promptly even though I did not have an appointment. They troubleshot my problem and explained their findings and recommendation to me. Upon my approval the work was done in a very timely manner and I was very happy with the whole experience.

As per my Google review…. I bought a 2021 Silverado High Country from another dealership, have had many, many issues with it since. The service dept. at the original dealer was less than helpful (to put it mildly) to try and resolve the issues. Having had a previous Chevy vehicle serviced at Jim Cook I decided to bring the truck in for them to try and diagnose / resolve. I am so thankful for these people!! Landon is my service manager, he went above and beyond to chase down what the issues were, including bringing in someone in from GM to drive and troubleshoot. They were in touch frequently and explained every step along the way. The shop is a busy one (understandably!!) but they worked tirelessly on my truck, I left there with great peace of mind. I can truly & honestly say, they have a customer for life after such a pleasant experience. I was a fool for not buying my truck from these wonderful people to begin with! Thank you again & again to Landon & the rest of the service team!
