Service was quick and simple. Living almost 300 miles away restricts me from being a regular customer but the people is why I buy my GM cars from Jim Cook.

I had a great experience at Jim Cook Cheverolet and my sales person, Courtney King, was wonderful! I would advise that GM send out even their basist of EVs with at least a Level 1 charger because the lack of one diminshes the experience for new EV owners like me. Waiting for one to arrive, I didn't do my first charge for an entire week after I bought my Equinox EV, which means I didn't drive my new car as much as I would have liked!

the service dept at Jim Cook Chevy/GMC is always on top of their game. Cynthia is typically the service consultant I make appointments with and she is always professional. Met Landon last week as well. He's also professional and seems to be quite knowledgeable.

Courtney was absolutely amazing in helping us get the vehicle we wanted she was so sweet and nice, she went above and beyond and Jeremy was also amazing and helpful and he helped us so much and he also went above and beyond to help get us the vehicle we wanted it was an urgent need. They both were excellent and they need a great reward .

Came in for a recall on my truck I'm still waiting to get called back when part arrives I was told. Tomorrow will be 2 weeks ,will give 5 star when part is replaced

I took my pickup in for a coolant leak, reservoir was cracked, the mechanic replaced but ended up breaking a clamp in the process, so it leaked again the next day. Cynthia told me to bring in immediately, they repaired at no charge same day. Things happen, I was not inconvenienced in any way as we have two vehicles we can use. Cynthia is always very professional as are all the employees I have met at Jim Cook Chevrolet. Thank you for getting "Elvis" fixed and on the road again!

I dropped my 2021 Bolt off Monday night with drop box to get turn signal fixed. Ms Cynthia Grindstaff billed my extended warranty and I got my car back Thursday with no problems.
