Taken care of in a timely manner. I am clearly of the place, though, since my last visit was a nightmare. I only went there because I purchased the tires there. Had I not purchased them there, I would have gone elsewhere.

I needed oil change and was able to get an appointment for about 2 days later. I probably waited no longer than 1/2 hour till it was completed along with the usual check up. Always satisfied at Jim Cook’s.

I had my regular scheduled oil change on my 2022 Sierra 1500. I noticed on the receipt there is a new additional charge of 7 dollars for supplies. Please explain why there is a new additional charge for my oil change. The cost for the oil change at the dealership has become too expensive. Any more increase in service cost will force me to seek lower cost alternatives for oil changes.
