The Dealership correctly diagnosed the issue with the data ports on my truck and ordered the parts. It took about a week for the parts to arrive. The repair was scheduled and fixed. During the time of repairing the truck, I was provided very nice auto to drive. The whole experience was handled professionally, efficiently, and I was very pleased with the way it was handled. I have done business with this Dealership for many years and would highly recommend them.

took my 2023 GMC Denali SUV to Jim Cook's service dept due to the safety recall notice (and there was a software update due as well) on 10.13.25. This Denali is my 8th one (first one was a 2002 model) so I know a little something about GM dealership's service depts. Without question, Jim Cook's service dept and it's people are the absolute best I've encountered in the over 20 years I've owned a GM product. Keep up the good work, Landon and team!

Came in for a check engine light, oil change and Wheel alignment. After taking time to troubleshoot the intermittent check engine light, we agreed to take no action this day. They continued with the Wheel Alignment and oil change, keeping me up to date on the progress at each step.

I was able to wait in the waiting area and was alerted when my requested service was completed. The results of the service were explained to me and questions answered. The checkout process was quick and professional. I accidentally left my water bottle at the cashier's window, and received a call shortly after I left to alert me to this so I could return and pick it up.

Every experience I have had with regard to the service department at this dealership has been very good. They are courteous and knowledgeable about the work to be done, and the work has been completed in a very timely manner.

I think it a shame that a dealership would sell a single woman on a fixed income a car with over 4200 miles full sticker price as a new car. And the three year 36000 bumper to bumper warranty had already been started six months prior to taking possession of the car ! I didn’t know this until I had the car towed 70 miles to your dealership that cost me another $225 dollars because I trusted your dealership to take care of me. I would not recommend your dealership to anyone and will make sure everyone I know is going to hear how you have treated me. I can reach a lot of people on social media, and I intend to.

The thing I most appreciate is Mike's communication. He's not pushy or deceptive. His opinion and recommendations are honest and I don't feel like I'm being taken advantage of but instead getting a proper solution to the car's problem.
