They are very friendly and give you all the information that you need to let you know what possible things you would need to do next they also do a very good job with checking my car and even for a dealership my dealerships are expensive this dealership is just a little less expensive than most they do run discounts they do help you in any way possible to get a car to check your car and they do work with you the surface department is very caring about the needs of your car.

The staff at Jim Cook Chevrolet are very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They made sure all service needs of my vehicle were taken care of while also making sure I had what I needed while i waited.

Great experience that could only be improved by reducing the amount of "car dealer" conversation that has to be negotiated before the actual negotiations can begin. Sadly, this is just the price of admission I think. After spending the last 32 years in the car business, you would think I would be immune but, alas, it is what it is. That said, the care that the team at Jim Cook showed during the rest of the purchase process was great. We were able to come to numbers fairly quickly and I drove away with a deal that I am satisfied with. When my lease is up, I'll be contacting this dealership again should I be looking for another GM vehicle.

Came in to get a truck from them that I found on their inventory list online. Everyone was friendly and professional. The general sales manager (Mark), and I got along immediately as having both served in the armed forces. Our sales person (Courtney) put the deal together for us with no problems. Financing went smoothly and had top tier percentage rates offered. Everything went well and we left in the new truck. My brother was with us and he also looked at another truck and returned the next morning and traded from his Subaru Outback into a 1500 Chevy Z71. So, we as a family picked up two vehicles over a weekend from this good group of people.

Everyone was very friendly. It took less than thirty minutes to replace the part I needed.

Everyone was accommodating and willing to meet my needs. Especially Mark Presswood and Courtney. I was however disappointed in the exposure to the operation of the features of my new vehicle. I found myself having to go online to look up "how to" videos after I arrived home. This was disappointing, since I received better information from individuals with dealers that I did not purchase from.

Mike is an excellent service advisor. He is always kind and knowledgeable. Every staff member is kind and helpful.

Ian was great to work with at the dealership. He answered all of our questions & treated us well.

Called on a Thursday for tires and Mike ordered them and had them ready for me on Friday

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing that has upset me is the fact that the vehicle did not come with an owner's manual. You pay thousands of dollars for a vehicle and then you're informed if you want an owner's manual you need to pay $80. I do not want to have to go to my cell phone to learn how to operate my new vehicle. If I had known this I would not have purchased the vehicle.

I have had a lot of problems out of my truck ,some was hard to figure out but the people at Jim Cook service dept stayed with it and got it done .But then something else would happen i through it would the best to trade trucks because i am getting to old to have worry about it .the people at Jim Cook help out and gave me i through was a good deal ,I am a sales manager at a tractor dealership i got upset at the fact this was Chevrolet best truck and this was happening the people at Jim Cook didn't have anything to do with building the all of that falls on GM hands so you cant lay it in some else lap .thank you.

Has tire issues resolved

I easily made my appointment online, and they were ready and waiting for me when I arrived. They confirmed what I wanted done. I was able to wait in the waiting area and was alerted when my requested service was completed. The results of the service were explained to me and questions answered. The checkout process was quick and professional. I accidentally left my water bottle at the cashier's window, and received a call shortly after I left to alert me to this so I could return and pick it up.

took my 2023 GMC Denali SUV to Jim Cook's service dept due to the safety recall notice (and there was a software update due as well) on 10.13.25. This Denali is my 8th one (first one was a 2002 model) so I know a little something about GM dealership's service depts. Without question, Jim Cook's service dept and it's people are the absolute best I've encountered in the over 20 years I've owned a GM product. Keep up the good work, Landon and team!
